A Bakersfield woman is suing an area apartment complex, alleging toxic
mold in the facility caused the death of her two-year-old daughter.
Sixty-eight other residents have joined the lawsuit with Jennifer Lair
against the owner of the Coventry Place Apartment complex. They allege
toxic mold is continuing to make them and their families ill.
Lair says her daughter suddenly became ill in late 2003 and died a few months later. |
